Ibéricos Maldonado is located in the village Extremeña de Albuquerque, in the Sierra de San Pedro, in the heart of the rangelands of the Iberian South-West. The origins of this family business go back to the second half of the 19th century. So Manuel Maldonado, its current head, is the heir of all the wisdom of this ancient profession that develops in the facilities of the 21st century, Oca quality management systems certified and accredited by the EU.
The current factory has 2,500 square meters built on an estate of 30,000, which together with dryers, warehouses and rooms for the cutting and preparation of Iberian products. Modern facilities in which has been rationalizing the traditional system and control aspects as important as the amount of salt, moisture and temperature.
A small company with an international vocation, which exports to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and Portugal.
