Dishes typical of the Tabú Tierrahosteleria is a specialist in the Extremaduran cuisine; and in the culinary knowledge of the people of Valencia de Alcantara; flavors interspersed by its "Rayana" situation and its centuries of history.

Letter of wines Years of effort and a great tradition have made our reds, one of the most complete in the area chart. To avoid the transfer of bottles and facilitate its location, listing been respected by order of storage in cellar. Due to the great difficulty of replacement of wines for their vintages, this letter is limited to stocks in the winery. Anyway, those vintages that are temporarily or permanently exhausted will be selected in the list. Likewise, we will keep you informed of new vintages in our cellar.
